Overview of Ideas, Requirements, and Expectations. By phone or in person, we get acquainted with you and your event. We talk in-depth about your vision, determine the scope of our contributions, and then present you with a custom proposal and cost for our services.



Design and Décor We springboard off of your initial thoughts, concepts, and imagery and then create a mood board to define the design direction for your event. We attend to the overall tone, as well as to specific décor elements like furniture, florals, tabletop pieces, and paper materials.



Venue, Vendors, and Budgeting We offer venue and vendor recommendations that are compatible with you and your budget parameters. We attend site visits and ask important questions pertaining to cost and logistics. From the start, we act as a liaison to manage proposals, contracts, and correspondence, identify areas of overage, and offer thoughtful suggestions or solutions.



Schedule, Logistics, and Details We are diligent in creating schedules and meeting deadlines to keep you on track throughout the planning process. We maintain a comprehensive checklist for each area of your event, to ensure that nothing is overlooked.



Production and Completion As we reach the end of our journey, we take the reins, install your event, and make sure that it runs seamlessly. We stay on-site after the event and assist the venue and vendors in wrapping things up. Our ultimate goal is to give you peace of mind, so that you and your guests can focus exclusively on enjoying your special day.
